Our approach to working with a new client usually follows these steps:

  1. Initial Meeting:
    Where we can get to know each other and discuss your business, customers and objectives.
  2. Initial Proposal:
    Based on findings from our meeting. We will put together a project plan containing our interpretation of your goals, together with how we will achieve them. This will include initial timescale and cost estimates for the project.
  3. Follow Up Meeting:
    Let's see how close we are to the mark! We can discuss whether the initial proposal can meet your requirements and those of your customers, suggest alternatives and finalise the plan.
  4. Shake hands, dot the I's and cross the T's:
    We can get to work on delivering the plan.
  5. Ongoing consultation:
    Monitoring progress of the project at regular intervals.
  6. Project Sign Off:
    Making sure the project meets all requirements as laid out in the specification.
  7. Post Project Debrief:
    How was it for you!
  8. Let's get the diaries out:
    We like to meet our clients regularly to ensure the project was a success, let you  know about new approaches, technologies and how you can use, also we just like to know how you are doing!
